Our owner, Jerry Warren, P.E., CHMM, is a long-time resident of Middle Tennessee.
With over 34 years of civil and environmental engineering experience, Mr. Warren has extensive knowledge of civil site and utilities design, construction, funding assistance, and permitting,.
Mr. Warren’s career as a civil engineer started as a co-op student working with Southern Railway in 1980. Over the next several years, he gained broad civil experience in design, construction and environmental operations with Norfolk Southern. After leaving Norfolk Southern in 1995, he worked for a large private engineering firm in Nashville for several years until opening Warren and Associates Engineering, PLLC, in 2003
Kramer Tuggle, P.E.
Mr. Tuggle is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is experienced in structures, design, and field representation for numerous projects within the area.
Barry C. Floyd
Mr. Floyd has over 20 years of experience as an engineering designer, including utilities (water and sewer lines), site design, layout and drainage assistance for numerous facilities within the area.
Jefferson D. Oglesby
Mr. Oglesby has over 20 years providing both field representation and design services for municipal and utility projects such as water and sewer lines, streets and roads.
John P. Petty
Mr. Petty has over 5 years of experience with mapping and GIS applications. He is also experienced in field representation for utilities and municipal projects. Including water, sewer, and paving work.
Lee Anne Warren
Ms. Warren has a wide range of office management, financial tracking and bookkeeping experience. She is responsible for updating and maintaining financial records for the company, which includes calculating expenditures, receipts, accounts payable and receivables.
